Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc., a therapist-owned and operated early intervention agency, is actively seeking passionate Special Instructors (SIs) to join our growing Early Intervention team in Bucks, Chester, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

We provide a full range of services for children ages 0-5 throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and special instruction specifically designed according to each child's needs. All of our therapists are committed to using evidenced-based practices as they seek to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families.

What We Offer:

Flexible scheduling: choose 10–40 hours per week

Your Role: Provide early intervention services to children ages 0–3

Deliver individualized, evidence-based specialized instruction

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Support developmental progress through play-based, functional interventions

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field

Passion and experience working with young children

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in early intervention preferred, but not required
