ABOUT OUR CLIENT: THE SILVER LINING GROUP

The Silver Lining Group is a "unicorn" in the field of ABA. They are of certain size and scale (4 centers located in Ohio - Columbus, Mansfield, St. Clairsville and Cleveland / Westlake) in order to have sufficient funds to make substantial investments in their staff, yet able to remain independent because they understand the risks of selling to a Private Equity firm in terms of impact on quality.
