Character and Chemistry:
Candidates for this position must demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of CCV.
The ideal candidate will:
Commit– Have been baptized by immersion and be actively pursuing a Christ-centered life.
Worship – Regularly engage in CCV’s weekend services and personal worship, attending with their spouse or family if they have one.
Serve – Be dedicated to serving others within CCV and the broader community.
Coach – Be committed to coaching and guiding others in their Next Steps.
Generosity – Tithe 10% of their income to CCV as an expression of faith and stewardship.
Community Engagement – Actively participate in a CCV Group for spiritual growth and connection.
These requirements ensure that the candidate embodies CCV’s core commitments and values while fostering a thriving church community.
