We’re looking for a self-motivated, personable go-getter with a background in psychology or counseling to support the growth and delivery of our specialized programs, including EMDR intensives, meditation workshops, and Gottman Method couples programs. This is an ideal opportunity for graduate students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in program coordination and client care. Responsibilities include assisting with participant outreach, collecting post-program feedback, and helping with behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure smooth and impactful events. This is an independent contractor position with the potential for increased hours as our programs continue to grow. Responsibilities: • Support all aspects of our growing couples and EMDR programs, including scheduling, initial consultations, preparing materials, and maintaining between-session client engagement. • Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and program logistics to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all participants. • Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to coordinate workshop needs and client transitions. • Manage outreach efforts, including email communication, referral tracking, and feedback collection post-program. • Contribute to social media and marketing efforts to increase visibility and program participation. • Help prepare and maintain workshop content, handouts, and digital materials in alignment with clinical best practices. • Work independently on assigned tasks while staying in regular communication with the team for support and alignment. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in or completed a graduate program in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and represent programs professionally. • Organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently. • Interest or background in EMDR, mindfulness/meditation, or couples counseling (Gottman Method experience is a plus). • Comfortable engaging with clients and participants via email, phone, and in person to support outreach and follow-up. • Willingness to take initiative and fill in gaps to support the smooth operation of workshops and intensives. • Flexible availability , including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on program schedules. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
