    Special Projects Technician (Floors, Carpet & Window Cleaning) – Paducah Area

    Flexible scheduling based on project needs (some evenings, occasional daytime work). Friday availability required.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    This is not your typical cleaning job. You’ll be our go-to person for specialized work that requires skill, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

    Specialty Cleaning Services:

    Floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing

    Low moisture carpet cleaning & carpet extraction

    Interior and exterior window cleaning

    Detail and project-based deep cleaning

    Equipment & Problem Solving:

    Operate and maintain vacuums, floor machines, extractors, and specialty equipment

    Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt to different environments

    Perform minor repairs on equipment (vacuums, hoses, machines, etc.)

    Support Work (When Needed):

    Assist with general cleaning (offices, restrooms, kitchens, etc.)

    Fill in on standard cleaning routes if needed
