Job Description
The EHS Specialist provides strategic and operational support to business partners of the various departments at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk in pursuit of continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs and the growth of a business-wide safety culture. This position champions our core value of “Making Safety a Priority” by leading initiatives that proactively identify and mitigate risks, support regulatory compliance, and foster engagement across all lines of business. The EHS Specialist leverages technology and data-driven insights to enhance performance, conducts incident investigations and recommends corrective actions, performs risk assessments and provides training, and partners with teams to implement preventive action plans. Through collaboration and leadership, this role drives continuous improvement and ensures a safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace aligned with company goals and values.
Essential Functions
