Job Description
TALENT COMPLIANCE
Assist in implementing compliance programs and initiatives across North America, ensuring alignment with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain employee handbooks, talent-related policies, and compliance documents to align with business objectives and applicable legal requirements.
Support the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, including EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212, and pay transparency reports.
Monitor and track mandatory compliance training for employees and managers.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) committee meetings for North America, document action items, and monitor the progress of initiatives.
Support Health & Safety training efforts by managing communication, updating content, and tracking training metrics.
Analyze Health & Safety data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities to improve policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and comply with local regulations.
Help develop tools, templates, and resources to enhance Health & Safety programs.
Support efforts to increase awareness and engagement regarding Health & Safety within the organization.
Serve as an advocate for Health & Safety, contributing to its integration into the organizational culture.
Provide support in incident investigations, including performing root cause analyses and implementing preventative measures.
Assist in developing and executing emergency response plans and crisis management protocols.
SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in organizational reporting.
Provide support to users, develop documentation, and conduct training sessions for systems related to compliance and safety initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of workplace safety incidents to support global Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal communications, training purposes, and policy updates.
Compile reports and summaries, ensuring data accuracy and the delivery of actionable insights.
EQUIPPING KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Assist in understanding all Compliance and Health & Safety (H&S) programs and processes across Talent, Operations, Legal, and other relevant departments to facilitate the implementation of programs and initiatives.
Work collaboratively with key departments, such as HQ H&S, IT, and Operations, to enhance and optimize system solutions.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
