Job Description
The purpose of this job is to prepare and file store license applications and renewals.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and file store license applications and renewals including gross receipts analysis to determine renewal fees
- Perform duties associated with payment, accounting, and documentation of tax or license liabilities
- Work with third party property tax provider to manage payments and journal entries
- Assist in reconciling licensing, business tax, gross receipts, and property tax budgets
- Help prepare economic impact study data requests
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
