Job Description
The purpose of this job is to, with supervision from the manager, communications business partner, consult with core business partners to develop and execute internal communications.
Essential Functions:
- Support core business areas with the development of communications plans and written materials to inform and educate team members, including: leader communications and talking points, internal company messaging, presentation materials and company meetings
- Assist with planning and providing communications support for internal company and business area town hall meetings, including material and message development
- Assist with developing and executing internal communications support for the company’s key initiatives in collaboration with the strategy realization office and business area experts
- Write and prepare internal communications and company materials, ensuring they are high quality, accurate and according to style guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing communications team to develop comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of internal and external channels and mediums
- Contribute to the measurement and analysis of the impact of internal communications on employee engagement and business objectives in collaboration with data analytics team
- Contribute to and assist with maintaining the internal communications calendar for core business areas
