Principal Position Objective
The Processing Plant Maintenance Planner (Floater) is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of proactive and corrective work. This role provides flexible planning support across the processing plant and temporarily supports the Water Treatment Plant until a dedicated planner is secured.
The planner integrates inputs from operations, reliability, and maintenance teams to create executable work packages, manage backlog, and support continuous improvement in asset performance. In addition to day-to-day planning, this role plays a key part in Asset Management Framework (AMF) initiatives, including SWI development, PM optimization, CMMS data integrity, and planning process standardization.
The planner ensures alignment with the company’s Work Management framework and supports planning governance through schedule readiness, material availability, and resource coordination. The role requires strong technical knowledge, planning discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize plant availability and reliability.
