    _ _ _ Job Summary___

    _ _ Sell Zirrus products and service offerings by determining the needs of the customer and then presenting a solution that meets their needs. Create energy and excitement in retail around the “sell” of Zirrus offerings. Promote insight into our products, services, plans and technology that directly enhances the customer experience and supports sales growth.__

    _ _ _ Essential Job Functions___

    • _ _ Provide and close sales opportunities based on the customer’s needs and follow the Delivering the Zirrus Experience sales process__
    • _ _ Adhere to the Guiding Principles of the sales organization while also exhibiting the Core Characteristics of the Zirrus sales professional__
    • _ _ Consistently meet or exceed sales goals as assigned by the Store Supervisor__
    • _ _ Develop, nurture, and maintain effective customer relationships__
    • _ _ Greet and assist customers; create a positive customer experience__
    • _ _ Assist and coordinate all aspects to support a customer sale – serve as a utility player__
    • _ _ Facilitate continuity and serve as the conduit between sales and the customer__
    • _ _ Understand customer needs to provide appropriate match of products and specific information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)__
    • _ _ Answer customers’ questions and concerns about products/services__
    • _ _ Explain benefits of products and services in support of sales goals__
    • _ _ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing__
    • _ _ Inform customers about promotions and special offers__
    • _ _ Explain and Connect our team’s ability to provide ongoing support for products and services__
    • _ _ Cross-sell products__
    • _ _ Perform customer calls: cold, follow up, retention, etc.__
    • _ _ Responsible for maintaining store presentation__
    • _ _ Process customer payments at POS__
    • _ _ Assist in-store with managing inventory, stock, and merchandising__
    • _ _ Stay current with new products/services/technology__
    • _ _ Passionate about providing customer and sales solutions; eager to engage with others__
    • _ _ Willing to learn and embrace company policy and guidelines.__
    • _ _ Share customer feedback with the team__
    • _ _ Must be able to travel between retail stores__
    • _ _ Requires NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration, this registration process includes an extensive background check, fingerprinting, and application process.__
    • _ _ Other duties as assigned__

    • _ _ Ability to manage perspective and be understanding__
    • _ _ Knowledgeable of consumer behavior principles__
    • _ _ Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures__
    • _ _ Ability to perform in fast-paced, changing work environment__
    • _ _ Ability to work flexible shifts, work hours, etc. that are based on business needs__
    • _ _ Bilingual ability with Spanish and English is a plus__

    _ _ _ Education and Experience___

    • _ _ Proven experience in a retail sales environment__
    • _ _ 3 plus years retail sales experience, preferred__
    • _ _ High School Diploma required__
    • _ _ Degree in a relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience commensurate with the job__
