    The Professional Profile

    Clinically: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, Recreational Therapy or a certificate from NADD and are eager to apply your experience to real-world outcomes.

    Relationship-Driven: You believe that trust is the foundation of progress. You utilize positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to foster success.

    Analytical & Observant: You can identify patterns, document with precision, and collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to refine support plans.

    Resilient & Composed: You possess the "quiet confidence" necessary to remain a stabilizing presence during moments of dysregulation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Engagement: Implement and lead individualized support plans built around the person’s specific interests, strengths, and sensory needs.

    Behavioral Facilitation: Utilize and lead evidence-based, positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and de-escalation.

    Community Navigation: Act as a bridge to the Lititz community, facilitating social participation that is both purposeful and dignified.

    Documentation: Maintain high-level data collection and narrative reporting to track support needs, trends, and milestones.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy preferred, NADD certificate accepted).

    Experience: Proven experience implementing behavior support a plus!

    Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass comprehensive background clearances.
