    What you'll do...

    Support the day-to-day supply chain activities ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials and information throughout the manufacturing process.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Enter and maintain data in various documents and the ERP system.
    • Issue purchase orders for MRO and expense related consumables.
    • Follow-up on open purchase orders to ensure due dates are met.
    • Complete minimal inventory transactions within the ERP system.
    • Assist the logistics team with uploading photos and documents to the shared drive.
    • Communicate stock outages or potential shortages to Supply Chain Analyst and/or Manager timely.
    • Shred, file, and/or dispose of sensitive internal documentation.
    • Assist in maintaining vendor and contact databases.
    • Complete any tasks assigned to support the overall SFE business goals.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess above average computer skills, including but not limited to the full MS Office Suite.
    • 1-2 years data entry and/or office administration experience.
    • Ability to multitask in a face paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks as assigned.
    • Ability to receive instructions and perform the tasks as assigned.
