What you'll do...
Support the day-to-day supply chain activities ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials and information throughout the manufacturing process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data in various documents and the ERP system.
- Issue purchase orders for MRO and expense related consumables.
- Follow-up on open purchase orders to ensure due dates are met.
- Complete minimal inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Assist the logistics team with uploading photos and documents to the shared drive.
- Communicate stock outages or potential shortages to Supply Chain Analyst and/or Manager timely.
- Shred, file, and/or dispose of sensitive internal documentation.
- Assist in maintaining vendor and contact databases.
- Complete any tasks assigned to support the overall SFE business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess above average computer skills, including but not limited to the full MS Office Suite.
- 1-2 years data entry and/or office administration experience.
- Ability to multitask in a face paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks as assigned.
- Ability to receive instructions and perform the tasks as assigned.
