Our fitness studio is booming, and we're searching for a fun and dynamic fitness instructor who can lead new and engaging classes for our members. You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. Responsibilities: • Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies • Remind and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices by encouraging them to keep up their exercise routines • Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • This role requires fitness instructor certification Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
