Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a DDDS Specialized Psychological Consultant to support the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DDDS). In this role, you will provide expert psychological consultation for complex disability cases, resolve discrepancies in medical opinions, and train adjudicative staff to ensure accurate determinations aligned with federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology.
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Washington State license in Clinical Psychology.
- Experience: 2+ years of post-graduate clinical training/experience, 1+ year of post-Master’s clinical experience; 5+ years of DDDS consultation experience (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychometric testing, medical record review, and federal disability regulations.
- Soft Skills: Analytical reasoning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Additional Requirements:
- No exclusion from federal healthcare programs.
- Licensed to conduct business in Washington.
- Commitment to attend quarterly consultant meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and adjudicate complex psychological cases to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide expert consultation and training to DDDS adjudicative staff.
- Conduct or oversee psychometric testing to support case evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with DDDS protocols and federal guidelines.
- Participate in quarterly meetings to refine adjudication processes.
