We are looking for a Recruiter for our renowned Engineering division in our Edina, MN location. We offer a strong base pay with a great commission plan, as well as bonus potential and a full benefits package.

The Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing and screening of candidates by utilizing the existing database, networking and online resources. You will interview candidates to help determine their motivations, goals, and to pair them with open job orders. The Recruiter is responsible for developing long term, responsive relationships with their candidates. Tracking their growth and their career.

The Recruiter will begin to develop their own client relationships commensurate with their development. Our goal is for you to bonus as quickly and as often as possible.
