SUMMARY: The Contact Center Representative is tasked with delivering superior customer service responding to incoming sales calls from our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers placing orders from our catalogs or looking for more information about our distinct beauty and fashion brands and products. The CC Rep provides knowledgeable and accurate order placement in the system and maximizes sales through promotions and up-selling at the point of sale.

POSITION DETAILS:

·         Starting rate: $14.00 per hour, depending on experience

·         Plus bonus commissions

·         Paid training and orientation

·         Shifts Available: Mon thru Fri 10:30AM-7:00PM/Mon thru Fri 11:30AM-8:00PM

·         Part-time shifts available, flexible within these hours

·         Overtime required during busy weeks

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         1-2 or more years of customer service, exposure to a sales or customer service call center preferred

·         A passion for fashion and beauty

·         Excellent Communication skills and organizational skills

·         Self-Motivated team player

·         Attention to detail and good listening skills

·         Must be dependable, punctual and a history of excellent attendance

·         Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook and of database software

·         A positive "can do" attitude and natural desire to help others
