We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to guide our clients through the process of transforming their homes. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers discover the perfect products to fit their style, needs, and budget.

    Position Summary:

    As a Sales Consultant, your role is to build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers. You will be a product knowledge expert, managing the sales process from initial consultation and design to final quote and project handoff to our installation team. Success in this role is measured by your ability to create an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.

    What You'll Do (Essential Duties):

    Welcome and engage customers in our showroom and respond to inbound leads via phone and email.

    Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, measure spaces, and provide expert recommendations.

    Develop a deep understanding of our diverse product lines (hearth, glass, stone, etc.).

    Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and designs to customers in a clear and compelling manner.

    Follow up with prospective clients and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.

    Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.

    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Maintain an organized and attractive showroom environment.

    What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

    2+ years of experience in a consultative sales role. Experience in home improvement, interior design, construction, remodeling, or luxury retail is a significant asset.

    A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

    Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM, word processing, spreadsheet, quoting and mobile app software. Experience with social media, video creation, graphic arts, design, or modeling software is a significant asset.

    Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
