About the Role:

Boozie Smoothies in Atlanta, GA is looking for an experienced and motivated Food Service Manager to lead our FOH/BOH operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction

Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff to maintain optimal performance

Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations

Manage food preparation, presentation, and service standards

Track food costs, control waste, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Handle customer feedback and resolve any food service-related concerns promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

Must be ServSafe Certified

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree preferred
