Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities include: • Use routers, orbital sanders, and hand tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork • Perform high-quality finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and top-coating • Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions • Work independently and collaboratively to complete a wide variety of custom projects • Help develop and refine production methods for repeatable product lines • Contribute creatively to new product development and prototyping • Follow all safety protocols and actively promote a safe, organized work environment Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades • Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation • Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude • U.S. work authorization required Compensation: $20 - $28 hour DOE
