Job Description
The Specification Coordinator is responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration to support the review, maintenance, and updating of finished product and ingredient specifications. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Product Development, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to manage documentation and project timelines, ensuring specification updates are executed accurately and on schedule. Must be flexible to changing business requirements.
