QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess excellent organization skills

• Excels in a fast-paced environment

• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, but not required

• Must be willing to commute to Austin, TX

WHAT WE ASK FOR:

• Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to consumers in target markets

• Work with other cross-functional teams to resolve issues

• Identify consumers needs, wants, and purchase trends in given areas

• Build sustainable relationships with potential leads through personalized interactions

• Create reports on data received from events and leads

• Assist with the training of fellow team members
