Join the Spectora team! We are seeking a Product Manager to level up our product roadmap and strategy and bring the firepower every day!
You'll be exposed to ALL ASPECTS OF A GROWING STARTUP and work directly with the founders and executive team.
Responsibilities include:
Define and implement product strategy for one or more products via roadmapping, backlog management, and sprint planning
Manage entire product life cycle, including planning, scoping, testing, product marketing, documentation, and iteration
Work directly with the engineering team, client success team, product team, UX designers, marketing team, executive team and other stakeholders to advance product goals
Deeply understand our product offering, our industry and our competition
Communicate with and solicit feedback directly from our users to inform product decisions
Utilize and develop quantitative measures of product success to inform product decisions
Gather and analyze quantitative data to derive insights that inform our product strategy
Translate user problems into well-defined solutions by creating engineering requirements and user flows
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching products/features
Client First mentality- our clients are our biggest fans and without their love, our product flops
Excellent written and verbal skills
High emotional intelligence
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Ability to make decisions with both data and informed intuition
Bonus Round:
Basic design/UX skills (mockups, wire framing)
Technical aptitude/knowledge
Experience working with engineers
Understanding of home transaction process and home inspector’s role in it
Understanding of real estate agent role
Understanding of contractor space
