Position Overview:
As a Staff Accountant at Spectra Private Brands LLC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, entering Sales invoices and Purchase invoices with shipment lines, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. (Sales invoices and Purchase invoices)
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central Software (a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to complete and enter large volumes of invoices.

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
