  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Minimum of 6-9 years’ experience as a Business Analyst primarily with the US healthcare client and Healthcare IT projects
    • In depth Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMR
    • Understanding different HIPAA measures (ECQM / HEDIS / HCPCS/DSRIP / MIPS etc)
    • In depth Knowledge on Payer data sources (member/enrollment, Claims, Revenue etc)
    • Conduct internal and client UAT sessions before release
    • Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification.
    • Create detailed documentation of features and functions
    • Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities
    • Feed Analysis, technical Documentation and Feed Specification document
    • Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and Specification document
    • Experience with defining test cases and test scripts
    • Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications

     

    REQUIRED SKILL SET

    • Graduate or Post graduate in Health and Hospital management / health administration / Biotechnology / Pharmacy.
    • Knowledge about clinical quality measures is a must such eCQMS, HEDIS, PDI, PQI etc.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments
    • Data analysis and SQL knowledge is required
    • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
    • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

     

    GOOD TO HAVE:

    • Must have any one US Gov Program Quality Reporting experience.
    • VBP knowledge is preferred
