    Job Description

    The Customer Support team is responsible for front-line support of our suite of software products. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling in, helping to answer their how-to questions, document unexpected system behavior, and write up feature requests.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    ·         Provide technical assistance with software

    ·         Resolve issues for clients via phone and email

    ·         Provide live training sessions for new clients

    ·         Document, escalate, and redirect issues for timely resolution

    ·         Follow up with clients to provide status updates and solutions

    ·         Record and quote requests for new features

    ·         Cover some on-call evenings

    ·         Communicate with clients about project status

     

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    1.       You have previous experience in an IT- or software-related role

    2.       You enjoy helping people solve problems

    3.       You’re good at explaining things

    4.       You enjoy being an expert and are eager to learn

    5.       You communicate clearly and professionally in writing as well as speaking

    6.       You notice details and know how to ask the right questions

    7.       You have some technical expertise such as with Excel, browsers, and operating systems
