Associate Consultant / Retirement Plan Administration
Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated associate consultant to join our team. The Plan Administration specialist role focuses primarily on retirement plan administration and compliance for our professional service teams.
Responsibilities include managing the annual administration process and plan document maintenance for approximately 125+ client retirement plans (primarily defined contribution / 401(k) plans).
Successful execution of this role will include collaboration with other service team members, other plan administration specialists, and outside partners.

Compensation: $40,000 to $80,000 Annually DOE, plus 401K, Life, Medical, Vision
Employment Type: Full-Time. Telecommute options available for experienced candidates.
