TURQUOISE PLACE PM POOL CUSTODIAN

Position Description Summary: Provide consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all outdoor public areas to include the pool decks, stairwells, bathrooms, etc. of Turquoise Place. This position is for second shift (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.).

Major Job Tasks:

Clean all pool decks and straighten furniture as assigned

Clean outdoor areas as assigned

Clean and sanitize all public restrooms as assigned

Clean all glass doors and windows in area as assigned

Sweep, mop, and dust common areas as assigned

Straighten and stock janitor closets and carts at the end of shift

Empty all trash cans during shift as needed

Pick up trash and sweep curbs around buildings

Place work orders for maintenance issues in all areas of property

Be aware of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know the safety precautions they advise. Be aware of where eye wash stations are located

Respond to guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude

Assist with other duties as needed

Required Skills:

Must possess good customer service skills to assist guests

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach

Must be able to lift/move approximately 30-50 pounds

Must be able to climb/stand on a ladder

Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift

Must be able to work in outside weather conditions as needed
