    ACCOUNTING CLERK

    Process Outlet Deposits for Eleven Bank Accounts

    Handle Incoming Mail

    Reconcile Outlet Receipts

    Process Change Orders

    Process Petty Cash Reimbursements

    Collect Cash Drops from Safe Drops at Club and Accounting Area

    Perform Accounting Cash Audit

    Perform Outlet Cash Audits on Both Properties

    Scan for Deposit Checks for company accounts

    Order Bank Deposit Books

    Print and Reconcile Check and Cash Reports- Maintaining a spreadsheet for Variances

    File Daily Outlet Drops and Receipts

    Assist with AP Invoice Payment Research in absence of AP

    Assist with Invoice mailing to Managers for PO Set Up

    Assist with AP Invoice Input

    Assist with AP Check Printing

    Assist with On Demand Check Printing

    Assist with AP filing

    Assist with HOA filing

    Set up AP Vendor Folders

    Pull Receipts for Charge Research

    Assist with Filing

    Other duties as assigned by Controller or Assistant Controller

    Required Skills

    Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite with a strong knowledge of Excel

    Prior cash handling experience

    Ability to work in a team environment

    Excellent customer service skills

    Excellent communication skills both oral and written

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit at a computer/phone for entire shift

    Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs

    Ability to work in a busy environment
