INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN
Summary: Contributes advanced knowledge and skill in technology and general hospitality business knowledge to support the property and Information Technology department objectives. Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Essential Duties:
Monitoring, ensuring and managing the maintenance of property-based systems, hardware and software.
Working with the IT Team to implement technology solutions for guests, team members, and rental partners.
Physically install and at times configure Windows servers, workstations, laptops, printers, speakers, IP cameras, IP phones, etc.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software
Performs other duties as assigned

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including inclement weather and high humidity
