Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply full-service meeting planning support
• Ability to travel 4-6 times per year domestically
• Work on an interval registration system
• Assist in filing and submitting invoices into Workday
• Assist with any travel needs including car service, flights and hotel accommodations
• Find event locations such as hotels and restaurants and confirming event locations
• Accepting meetings
• Sending out pre-event details and sending welcome packets
• Running reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 Years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Must be organized with excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a team oriented environment
