About the Role:

Join Able Rehab Staffing LLC as a Speech Language Pathologist where you will make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. We are dedicated to providing top-notch rehabilitation services and are excited to welcome passionate professionals to our team.

With us, you select your geographic coverage area for taking patient to eval and treat. Pay is per visit and there are no minimum weekly visit requirements for this PRN role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.

Provide therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders across various age groups.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current SLP state licensure in Colorado.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
