We are looking for a passionate professional to help our young learners develop essential communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in children.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills, including speech clarity and language comprehension.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's development.

Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

Educate families on techniques to enhance communication at home.

Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current New York state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Proficient in using assessment tools and therapy materials relevant to speech-language pathology.
