BMS Pediatric Therapy Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Speech-Language Pathologist) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will provide onsite supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), complete diagnostic evaluations, and conduct annual reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who enjoys leadership, mentoring, and working collaboratively with school teams. This position is based onsite in a school setting located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, onsite supervision of SLPAs in compliance with IDFPR and ASHA requirements.

Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and annual reviews.

Support SLPAs with clinical feedback, mentorship, and case management.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Attend IEP and team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Illinois state license (IDFPR) and ASHA CCC required.

School-based experience preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Supervisory experience with SLPAs is a plus.

30–35 hours per week
