Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: W-2 Contract (with option to return for the following school year)

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school district in Columbia, South Carolina for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time W-2 contract position offering competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity for renewal based on performance and district needs.

Caseload & Assignment Details

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Approximately 40 students

• Grade Levels: PK–12 (placements available based on experience)

• Worksite: Some positions may be split between two school sites

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour (W-2)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals

• Provide individual and group therapy services

• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License

• Valid South Carolina Educator Certification

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – REQUIRED

• NO Clinical Fellows (CFs) at this time

• School-based experience preferred
