Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school district in Columbia, South Carolina for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time W-2 contract position offering competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity for renewal based on performance and district needs.
Caseload & Assignment Details
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 40 students
Grade Levels: PK–12 (placements available based on experience)
Worksite: Some positions may be split between two school sites
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour (W-2)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
Provide individual and group therapy services
Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Required Qualifications
Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License
Valid South Carolina Educator Certification
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – REQUIRED
NO Clinical Fellows (CFs) at this time
School-based experience preferred
