EDU-AIDS is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Akron, OH 44320.

Position Details

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Employment Type: Full-Time

School Year: 2026–2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student needs

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist License

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
