You will work primarily with children under 7, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to support a comprehensive, team-based approach to development. • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes. • Partner with families by providing guidance and practical strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation to support continuity of care and track each child’s progress. • Participate in team meetings to share insights, problem-solve, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment. • Stay current with best practices, research, and evidence-based techniques to continually strengthen clinical impact. Qualifications: • Experience in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for children. • Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists and behavior analysts. • Proven track record of conducting regular assessments to track and adjust therapy plans. • Strong communication skills to engage and guide families in reinforcing therapy goals. • Meticulous in maintaining detailed and accurate records of children's progress. • Comfortable participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies. • Commitment to staying updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
