You will work primarily with children under 7, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to support a comprehensive, team-based approach to development. • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes. • Partner with families by providing guidance and practical strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation to support continuity of care and track each child’s progress. • Participate in team meetings to share insights, problem-solve, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment. • Stay current with best practices, research, and evidence-based techniques to continually strengthen clinical impact. Qualifications: • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing. • Understanding of speech and language anatomy. • Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred. • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. • Knowledge of speech and language anatomy. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
