The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support to participants as part of an interdisciplinary care team. The client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- $81,000 - $100,000 (Salary Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
- Outpatient Clinic - Going into the community / homes as needed
- Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver appropriate interventions
- Document all services per organizational standards
- Provide education to participants, families, and caregivers
- Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the medical team
- Assist with process improvements, policies, and workflow development
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test (no facial hair interfering with seal)
- Local travel as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Massachusetts SLP License
- At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- COVID vaccination preferred
