Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Lakeland, FL
Patient Coverage: Polk County (must be willing to travel the entire county)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. While home health experience is not required, it is highly valued. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional SLP experience in any setting; unfortunately, new graduates cannot be considered.

Schedule & Classification

• Full-time, Exempt, Benefit-Eligible (32 hours/week)
• Monday through Friday schedule (8am-5pm)

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: Up to $82,000 annually (based on experience; maximum salary is fixed)
• Productivity Requirement: 24 points/week
• Over-Productivity Bonus: $65 per point over 48
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.46 per mile for all business miles/patient visits
• Cell Phone Allowance: $15 per pay period (bi-weekly)
• All clinicians receive a company tablet for documentation and scheduling
• All supplies and PPE provided by the company

Requirements

• Current Florida SLP license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP in any setting
• Willingness to travel throughout Polk County
• Strong communication and documentation skills
