Key responsibilities:
- Providing speech therapy to children to help them achieve their functional goals. You will use evidence-based practices to design and implement therapy sessions that address each child's unique needs.
- Conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining organized and accurate documentation. Keeping detailed records ensures that progress is tracked and interventions are adjusted as needed.
- Working closely with school staff to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic interventions within the educational setting. Your role will help bridge the gap between therapy and education, promoting overall success for the child.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in DC.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
