    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain communication abilities and improve quality of life.

    This opportunity is ideal for SLPs who want to focus on quality patient care without overwhelming productivity demands, while working in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

    Position Details:

    • Low daily caseload — typically 7–12 patients per day

    Schedule:

    • Flexible scheduling available
    • Staggered schedule preferred
    • Monday–Friday schedule accepted
    • Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
    • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
    • Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and patient progress
    • Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing teams, and physicians
    • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and care strategies
    • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
    New graduates encouraged to apply
    • SNF, rehabilitation, or clinical fellowship experience preferred
    • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $43–$45 per hour (DOE)
