Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient - License Required

iMotion Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for an adult neuro and pediatrics focused outpatient position in Fremont, California. Full-time is preferred, and part-time candidates will also be considered. Please note that supervision for Clinical Fellowship completion is not available, and candidates must hold their CCCs.
About the Role
You will treat a mixed outpatient caseload spanning general pediatrics and adult neuro patients. The ideal candidate brings an enthusiastic drive to help patients, a passion for problem-solving, and a genuine interest in exploring new resources and approaches. iMotion SLPs are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to a team environment focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, with part-time candidates who have 16 to 20 hours of availability also considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $45 to $75 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Qualifications
Graduation as a Speech-Language Pathologist or equivalent standing is required. Candidates must be eligible for California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and must hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required. Supervision for Clinical Fellowship completion is not available.
