EB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population both clinic, school, and home settings. We will accept both full-time and part-time applicants.

Job Duties:

Provide speech therapy services to EBPR clients

Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients

Submit clinical reports and notes in a timely manner

Conduct services across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings, as needed

Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings, as needed

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies

Candidate Requirements:

Current Illinois licensure

Maintain current certification with ASHA and DHS/EI
