We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and a strong background in pediatrics. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the child's communication development.
• Educate families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for home practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in speech therapy, anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, and early intervention techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong background in pediatrics with a focus on speech therapy practices.
• Knowledge of patient care principles, including assessment and treatment methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
• Understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to speech production mechanisms.
• Experience implementing early intervention strategies for children with communication challenges.
