Job Summary

One of our direct client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders. The SLP will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy for communication and swallowing rehabilitation.

• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies.

• Maintain clinical documentation and patient progress records.

• Occasionally provide weekend coverage and float to Grants Pass when needed.

Qualifications

• Required Certification: BLS

• License: Oregon SLP License (not required at submission but required prior to start)

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.

• Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.

Compensation

Salary: $39.91 – $54.89 per hour

Shift

8-hour day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Additional Shift Differentials

• $2.02/hr for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• $4.50/hr for 11:01 PM – 7:00 AM

• $1.87/hr for weekend hours
