Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We're looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate care team in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you'll work closely with clients across the lifespan to evaluate and treat communication disorders, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals, and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with each client's funding source requirements

• Treat a wide range of speech and language needs including:

  • Articulation
  • Fluency
  • Language comprehension and expression
  • Voice
  • Swallowing/feeding
  • Oral-motor skills
  • Social communication (pragmatics)

• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals

• Collaborate with caregivers and coordinate with ABA and PBSS clinicians on AAC device use and treatment planning

• Deliver therapy in a variety of settings including:

  • Client homes
  • Community locations
  • On-site clinic (when applicable)

• Produce clinical documentation including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Who You Are

• Credentialed or licensed SLP in the state of Kentucky (or eligible)
• Skilled in both evaluation and intervention for pediatric and/or adult populations
• Excellent communicator who values family-centered and interdisciplinary care
• Experienced with AAC devices is a plus
