    We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for full-time, school-based openings in Humble, TX. We have opportunities available across both elementary and secondary campuses , allowing clinicians to work in settings that best align with their experience, strengths, and preferences.

    What You'll Do

    Support Student Success

    • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
    • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
    • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
    • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
    • Support a variety of communication needs across academic and functional settings

    Collaborate With School Teams

    • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Help create positive, student-centered therapy environments

    Lead & Support

    • Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), if applicable
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district expectations

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Texas SLP license
    • ASHA CCCs preferred
    • School-based experience preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
