    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Neuro & Pediatrics

Location: TheraFit Rehab – Matawan, NJ and/or Middletown + Local Mobile Visits

    Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

    Setting: Clinic-Based (1:1) & Mobile (Private Schools/Daycares)

    About the Role

Are you an SLP who loves the complexity of adult neuro-rehab but also has a passion for early intervention and pediatric growth? At TheraFit Rehab, you don’t have to choose.

We are a therapist-owned, interdisciplinary clinic that breaks the corporate mold. We believe in 1:1 treatment for every patient, whether they are a senior recovering from a stroke or a toddler finding their first words. This role offers a dynamic split between our clinic and "on-the-go" therapy at local contracted private schools and daycares, allowing you to treat children in their natural learning environments.

    The TheraFit Difference

True 1:1 Care: No group sessions or double-booking. You get the dedicated time needed for high-impact therapy.

Clinical Variety: Treat a diverse caseload ranging from Aphasia and TBI to pediatric developmental delays and feeding.

Mobile Flexibility: Break up your clinic day with visits to local partner schools and daycares. We handle the contracts; you provide the expertise.

Creative Freedom: We encourage "Real Life Therapy." Whether it’s using a student's classroom tools or a neuro patient’s home goals, we empower you to be creative.

Mentorship: Owners are clinicians who are in the building and invested in your success.

    Benefits & Compensation for Full-Time

    Competitive Salary (NJ market-leading rates).

Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored plans with premium contributions.

Simple IRA: Retirement savings with company matching.

Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays.

CEU Stipend: Annual budget for certifications (e.g., PROMPT, VitalStim, or specialized Neuro-rehab).

Family-First Culture: A supportive, collaborative environment where you are a person, not a productivity stat.

    Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Licensure: Active NJ SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Experience: Comfortable with both Neuro (Adult/Adolescent) and Pediatric populations.

Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel locally to contracted schools/daycares.
