Compensation
Full-Time Salary: $60,000–$90,000/year (based on experience and caseload)
Part-Time/Hourly: $55–$75/hour
About the Role
Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) is a growing pediatric autism learning center seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative clinical team.
This position focuses on working with children ages 2–10 in a clinic-based setting alongside BCBAs and RBTs. We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration, functional communication, and individualized care.
We are hiring for part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 and small group therapy using play-based and functional approaches
Support communication, language, and social skill development
Provide parent coaching and home carryover strategies
Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA team members
Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Illinois SLP license (Required)
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Pediatric experience preferred (autism/early intervention a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented and family-centered mindset
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Flexible scheduling available
Must be available until 5:30 PM at least two days per week
